You will receive a reply from the Association Manager that your application has been received and will be processed. If you do not receive a reply, please contact him.

Awards are based off an official 12-game average.
One award per bowler each bowling season, but all achievements should be submitted for historical purposes.

All Awards must be submitted to the Association Manager for processing within 20 days of the date bowled.
